Stipple engraving by James Denison-Pender on two sheets of optical crystal, each engraved on both
sides, mounted in an aluminium frame on a stainless steel base. This piece explores the three dimensional effect of engraving on two sides of two 5mm optical crystal
sheets, and mounting them one behind the other, separated by a 5mm gap. The engraving shows an old Rajput man on his way
home from the fields to the Jain village of Narlai in Rajasthan, India.
